Electronic I-9 Forms Processing - Our electronic I-9 Forms processing service is designed to simplify the collection, storage and management of I-9 Forms. Our solution includes built-in error detection functions to ensure I-9 Forms are legally completed. Management alerts 90, 60 and 30-days prior to the expiration of work authorization documents ensures you maintain valued employees. The result is an accurate, completely paperless way to collect, store and manage I-9 Forms.

Legal Right to Work is an electronic check that uses the same information provided on the I-9 Form and verifies:

  • Social Security Number
  • Immigration “A” number

  • I-94 arrival/departure number

VI's Legal Right to Work check uses the E-Verify program to verify information listed with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Social Security Administration (SSA) databases and provides a unique DHS-issued verification number which can be stored with the employee’s I-9 Form.
