Electronic I-9 Forms Processing - Our electronic I-9 Forms processing service is designed to simplify the collection, storage and management of I-9 Forms. Legal Right to Work is an electronic check that uses the same information provided on the I-9 Form and verifies:

VI's Legal Right to Work check uses the E-Verify program to verify information listed with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Social Security Administration (SSA) databases and provides a unique DHS-issued verification number which can be stored with the employee’s I-9 Form.
