V.I. Applicant Manager allows you to define the exact processes that meet your business needs and then ensures adherence to your process rules and requirements, automating your workflow and simplifying your hiring process.  The ability to support and control multiple processes within the same solution is unique to V.I. Applicant Manager; if you have a different hiring process for a non-exempt position vs. an exempt position, those differences can be accomodated.
