The MRO is your company's last line of defense in the drug testing world. Our clients look to the MRO to protect them, the donor and the process. Dr. Ferguson, our Chief MRO, serves on the board of ASAM, has developed curriculum that is used in the training of MROs, and delivers MRO training. Our national network of MROs reports to Dr. Ferguson and was developed to ensure donor interviews could be performed to support all North American time zones, allowing you to make decisions faster.

The MRO administration department supports the MROs, but never conducts donor interviews. While many TPAs have done this with their non-regulated testing to reduce their overhead, it has never been a consideration at V.I. It just doesn't make sense to create risk to save a few dollars.
