We believe the responsive support we provide to our clients should extend to your applicants. That's why we've created a group dedicated to providing service to your applicants. Key personal information like dates of birth, social security numbers or drivers licenses are sometimes best kept confidential. We provide a variety of ways to capture this information as well as a complete, online employment application. Our Applicant Services Group is there to answer any of your applicants' questions.
We can also supply your applicants with copies of their screening report. Certain states (currently California, Minnesota and Oklahoma) require applicants have the opportunity to order a copy of their background investigation report at the time they sign the authorization form. This requirement is separate from FCRA adverse action requirements and must be provided by Verifications. Of course, this service can be extended to include any of your applicants.
