Random Drug Testing Best Practices

Mr. Ellis brings almost 35 years of experience in substance abuse and drug and alcohol testing in both the public and private sectors to this presentation. Prior to Verifications, Inc., Mr. Ellis spent several years as a senior policy advisor for drug and alcohol policy and compliance in the Office of the Secretary of Transportation, over 25 years as a drug and alcohol consultant to Federal Agencies both inside and outside the DOT, and 15 years as President of a nationally known Medical Review Officer service and Third Party Administrator.
