Applicant Services Representative
Main responsibility being dedicated to providing service to applicants. The position is vital to providing a positive experience for all applicants. Sending applicant copies, adverse action letters, gathering personal information and document management are services that this position will require along with other miscellaneous duties. This position requires working closely with the Client Services Department. Role requires limited travel to other business centers.
Key Responsibilities
- Inbound/Outbound Applicant Calls
- Document Management
- Applicant Communication/Adverse Action/Applicant Copies
- Suggestions for department and process improvements
Client Service Representative
Main responsibility of providing first line support to Clients. This will also include an open line of communication to all departments, including Sales, with a good knowledge base of each department's process. CSR will receive continuous education and training of VI product line and software tools. CSR is expected to maintain a professional and supportive relationship with assigned client base and represent VI to the best of his/her abilities. Role requires limited travel to other business centers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first line support to clients. Primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Work together and communicate with other Client Services staff members, Sr. Client Advocates, Sales and key members of Operations on escalations.
- Prioritize and manage workflow to meet client turnaround requirements.
Data Entry Specialist
Main responsibility of processing the day's workload which is driven by our clients' submission of orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Input data received by our clients.
- Interpret and apply relevant work and client/group instructions to each order.
Quality Assurance Analyst
Main responsibilities of monitoring work quality to ensure the highest quality of service is provided, managing the field researcher test case database, and performing internal audit responsibilities in compliance with the ISO 9001:2000 quality management system.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor incoming and/or outgoing telephone calls to ensure proper communication is occurring with clients, verification sources, etc.
- Complete the appropriate quality form documenting results of the monitoring session.
- Review DVS and/or other databases to ensure the information obtained is entered correctly into the system.
- Provide input to the Quality Manager and/or Department Heads concerning results of the quality assurance efforts.
Verifying Specialist
Main responsibility of verifying applicant information.
Key Responsibilities- By telephone, contact academic institutions, current/former employers, personal/professional references, and other information sources to verify information provided by applicants on employment applications.
- When needed, prepare and process by fax, email, or mail written requests for verification information.
- Obtain as much information as possible when conducting verifications.
- Become proficient using the verification processing system.
- Use the verification processing system to access applicant records and enter verification results.
