|POSITION:||APPLICANT SERVICES SUPERVISOR|
|Travel:||Little to none|
|Location and Shift:||Phoenix (Tempe), AZ: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.|
A full-time (non-exempt) position with the main responsibility of leading a team of representatives responsible for providing Applicant Services to clients by servicing the applicant. It is important that Supervisors obtain and maintain a knowledge base of each VI departments’ processes to effectively coach successful team members. Supervisor is expected to provide the Assistant Manager with support in overall operation of the department. This support may include assistance with managing, developing, enhancing and executing business objectives for the department.
|1. Manage Complaint Processing and Follow-up|
|2. Coordinate Testing for Product and/or System Upgrades|
|3. Assist with Client RFP’s|
|5. Coordinate New Hire, New Product and Refresher Training|
|6. Communicate Quality Opportunities/Errors|
|7. Process Annual Reviews|
|8. Manage Representative Timecards|
|9. Handle escalated client concerns|
|10. Participate in client calls as needed|
|11. Manage Representative Workload|
Appropriately implements authority and power in a non-authoritarian manner while holding representatives accountable for assigned work. Provides direction, confronts when appropriate, and provides constructive feedback. Able to balance business objectives with employee morale. Communicate effectively both internally and externally; knowing your audience. Balance business need for stability with need to change. Displays solidarity and commitment to the business. Able to share expertise in a way that optimally facilitates learning.
|1. College Education preferred|
|2. Past experience in leadership position (management experience a plus)|
|3. Highly proficient in MS Word, Power Point, Outlook, and Excel|
|4. Knowledge of business and professional writing|
|5. Past experience presenting and speaking to groups-large or small|
