Position Summary:
This sales position will have responsibility to grow revenue among Verifications Inc's existing client base. The position will accomplish growth by executing a solution based selling methodology, strategic deployment of resources and spearheading the penetration of VI solutions throughout the client base.

| 1. Conduct discovery meetings, deliver presentations and create proposals to up-sell and cross sell VI products to business and professional stakeholders within existing clients. Articulate how our solutions meet their needs. | 40 |
| 2. Develop a strong base of VI product & service knowledge. Understand the value of VI products and pricing as well as competitive offerings and articulate the benefits and advantages. Develop level of expertise relating to the hiring process and employment screening industries. | 25 |
| 3. Work with internal departments in developing proposals | 15 |
| 4. Partner with Account Managers to navigate existing accounts. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. | 10 |
| 5.Develop annual business plans to increase sales within specified accounts | 5 |

Experience/Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree and/or equivalent working experience required.
- 6 - 10 years proven business to business solutions sales experience, preferably in solution-driven enterprise sales or like role.
- 6 - 10 years experience in finalist presentations with enterprise size accounts.
- 5+ years involved experience with the RFP process.
- Proven experience growing revenue through existing account relationships.
- Experience selling complex software solutions within Human Resources marketplace, strongly preferred.

- Understanding of complex business issues of large organizations especially within the HR / Screening/ Hiring/ On-boarding business processes
- Ability to propose, critique, and implement intelligent changes to the clients' hiring, screening and on-boarding management processes
- Previous experience leading/facilitating large groups in a business setting
- Ability to anticipate change and adjust priorities accordingly
- Ability and desire to independently interact with multi-functional teams on a global basis
- Ability to effectively coordinate with other support team members
- Solid technology skills including knowledge of internet applications
