POSITION: CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Location: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., or 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. in Aberdeen or Watertown, SD

Position Summary:

A full-time, non-exempt position with the main responsibility of providing first line support to clients. This will also include an open line of communication to all departments, including Sales, with a good knowledge base of each department’s process. CSR will receive continuous education and training of VI product line and software tools. CSR is expected to maintain a professional and supportive relationship with assigned client base and represent VI to the best of his/her abilities. Role requires limited travel to other business centers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide first line support to clients. Primary point of contact for assigned clients. 60
2. Work together and communicate with other Client Services staff members, Sr. Client Advocates, Sales and key members of Operations on escalations. 15
3. Prioritize and manage workflow to meet client turnaround requirements. 15

Experience

Previous experience helpful but not required. Good understanding of all operation departments and process flow. Self-motivated, independent worker, ability to adapt to changes and multi-task. 32 wpm keyboarding skills. Previous experience using a computer. Organized with strong attention to detail. High School diploma or GED.

Professional Characteristics

Flexible, strategic, and adaptable. A positive outlook and listening/comprehension skills are critical to succeed in this position. Must possess strong customer service skills and excellent communication skills.
