Position Summary:
Working under the direction of Verifications’ Contracts Officer, this is a part-time position, 24 hours a week. The primary responsibilities are preparing, editing, and/or processing basic legal documents such as standard contracts, contract addenda, and supporting documents which are used with clients and prospective clients; auditing client files include all properly completed required forms to maintain compliance with state/federal/international legal and regulatory requirements; and maintenance of private investigator licenses.

| 2. Be responsible for the development, maintenance, and readiness of the electronic contracts storage system | 20 |
| 3. Review and update existing contract boilerplate documents ease of use both internally and externally | 10 |
| 4. Assume responsibility for the development, maintenance, and administration of private investigator licenses | 10 |
| 5. Audit client files for state/federal/international legally required documents | 5 |
| 6. Other Duties as assigned | 5 |
Experience
- 2+ years of paralegal experience
- Paralegal Certification or minimum of 3 years paralegal experience
- Bachelor's or Associate's Degree preferred
- History of successful interactions with clients and prospects at various levels
