POSITION: DIRECTOR OF RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

Position Summary:

The Relationship Director is focused on building productive long-term relationships with key Verifications clients. This role will be focused on service & product solution optimization, growing client revenue, and the introduction of best-practices. The Relationship Director is also responsible for assisting clients in representing and communicating various aspects of VI's solutions & software within their organization. The Relationship Director is responsible for providing HR, employment screening, hiring and onboarding domain expertise to enable the attainment of client business objectives. The Relationship Director will be evaluated based on client feedback, the degree of client product & service utilization, referenceability, contract renewals and account revenue & profitability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Account Management
  • Provide regular account reviews to highlight key results and metrics
  • Develop project plans, manage execution and provide regular status updates
  • Propose best practices, configuration consultation and issue resolution guidance based on understanding of clients desire results
  • Position VI's value proposition as part of the overall business solution
  • Maintain current and accurate account information and contact information
  • Effectively navigate internal VI resources to bring quick resolution to client's issues
  • Work collaboratively with support representatives and management, consultants, and internal teams

2. Account Profitability
  • Recommend process/procedure changes to better utilize Verifications' software & services
  • Demonstrate expansion of the VI solutions beyond the functionality introduced during implementation
  • Identify the need for initial ongoing training and/or consulting to maintain optimal utilization and satisfaction

3. Client Retention & Satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction
  • Manage client referral process for assigned accounts
  • Serve as a customer team leader and coach to ensure effective day-to-day client service

4. Miscellaneous duties10

Experience

  • Bachelors Degree, or equivalent
  • 5+ years of business consulting and or account management. Proven track record in meeting/exceeding individual targets.
  • Experience in HR, particularly in the area of employment screening, hiring & onboarding.

Professional Characteristics

  • Ability to manage multiple client relationships
  • Understanding of complex business issues of large organizations especially within the HR / Screening/ Hiring/ Onboarding business processes
  • Ability to propose, critique, and implement intelligent changes to the clients' hiring, screening and onboarding management processes
  • Previous experience leading/facilitating large groups in a business setting
  • Ability to anticipate change and adjust priorities accordingly
  • Ability and desire to independently interact with multi-functional teams on a global basis
  • Ability to work independently and mentor other support team members
  • Solid technology skills including knowledge of internet applications
  • Certification and deep experience implementing VI's software and employment screening services
