POSITION: FIELD MARKETING MANAGER

Position Summary:

This person will be the marketing department's liaison to our individual sales contributors and is responsible for developing multi-purpose marketing solutions and occasionally providing individual assistance. You will be responsible for revenue generation support by assessing the collective sales contributor's needs and then developing, implementing and training on the marketing based solutions created.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Be the expert on marketing VI products and services, the value propositions, and available resources (10%)
  2. Identify collective needs of the sales contributors by developing relationships and regularly meeting with them. (10%)
  3. Develop detailed marketing plans and solutions that meet the uncovered collective needs of the sales contributors. (15%)
  4. Execute detailed marketing plans and solutions that meet the uncovered collective needs of the sales contributors. (30%)
  5. Develop sales collateral including scripts, presentations and proposals. (25%)
  6. Support sales organization through product, competitive and market information. (5%)
  7. Other duties as assigned. (5%)

Experience

  • Bachelors Degree and/or equivalent working experience required.
  • 3-5 years related marketing or sales experience
  • Experience with the Human Resources marketplace, preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Sharepoint, preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Outlook)
