POSITION: Inside SaaS Sales Representative

Position Summary:

This inside sales position is designed to grow the revenue and market-share of Verifications, Inc within the mid-market arena. The position will grow revenue via expert prospect management and executing a solution based selling methodology. This position offers base + commission.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Through cold calling, sell the value of VI to business and professional stakeholders by articulating how our solutions meet their needs. This will be accomplished through researching prospects, qualifying opportunities, advancing the prospect through the sales cycle, and closing.80
2. Following up on leads. Conducting WebEx presentations. Support Channel Partnerships. Track Daily activities in salesforce.com. 10
3. Understand the value of VI products and pricing as well as competitive offerings and articulate the benefits and advantages of VI products. 5
4. Miscellaneous projects as assigned 5

Experience

  • College Degree preferred not required.
  • At least one year outbound business to business telephone sales experience or equivalent.
  • Working knowledge of SFA/CRM (Salesforce.com preferred) systems
  • Experience hosting virtual presentations/meeting via WebEx or other platforms preferred.

  • Understanding of complex business issues of large organizations especially within the HR / Screening/ Hiring/ Onboarding business processes
  • Ability to anticipate change and adjust priorities accordingly
  • Ability to work independently and mentor other support team members
  • Solid technology skills including knowledge of internet applications
