POSITION: INTERNATIONAL SPECIALIST (OPERATIONS)
Type: Non-exempt
Travel: Little to none
Location: Aberdeen, Mitchell or Watertown, SD
Shift: 6 a.m. to 3 p.m., 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. or 3 p.m. to midnight

Position Summary:

A full-time, non-exempt position with the main responsibility for processing the days' workload driven by our Client's submission of orders to Verifications, Inc. This role requires little to no travel.

Key Responsibilities

1. Processing information received from various sources including clients, external information repositories, vendors and other sources. 45
2. Interpreting and applying relevant work, client/group instructions as part of the processing of applicable workload in, on or through any of VI's designated technology platforms.45
3. Double-checking work for accuracy. 5
4. Self-monitoring personal work output to ensure that it is helping to attain individual, team, department and company goals. 5

Experience

Flexible, strategic, and adaptable. Must be honest and selfless. Must possess strong customer service skills, basic computer experience, excellent communication skills and a positive outlook.

Professional Characteristics

Must have Diploma or GED. Previous experience and college education preferred but not required. 32 wpm keyboarding skills. High level of comfort with computers. Excellent Internet skills. Excellent phone and customer service skills. Propensity for detailed work and research. Strong desire to learn the aspects of Public Record research. Previous experience or education in research or criminal justice helpful. Post-secondary education very helpful. Fluency in a foreign language is desirable but not required.
