A full time non-exempt position with the main responsibility of monitoring, quality checking and/or proofing work processed in the Intake, Data Entry, Verifying, Public Records and Applicant Service Departments. This role will require little if any travel.

Position requires prior Operations Specialist experience of 6 months or greater with zero active disciplinary actions on file at the time of application. This position requires previous experience using a computer, strong organizational skills, and good spelling, grammar, and phone skills. Must have Diploma or GED, or if a student, is enrolled in an accredited school or course pursuing a diploma or GED.
A positive outlook, attention to detail, flexible and adaptable. Must be honest, trustworthy and possess strong customer service skills, basic computer experience and excellent communication skills.
