Position Summary:
The purpose of this full time, exempt role is to perform a range of sales support duties and some administration related to the daily operations of the sales department. This role requires little to no travel. This role will:
- Interact with marketing and product to gather and prepare collateral to help assist sales team members in closing new sales
- Interact with implementation and finance to ensure proper processing of sales
- Utilize research tools to prepare sales representatives with information regarding current and potential prospects
- Assist in monitoring sales activity, sales pipeline and sales benchmarks by utilizing the reporting tools in salesforce.com and report manager

Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's Degree with emphasis in Business, Sales or related field Preferred
- 0 - 3 years experience supporting or interacting with a sales organization
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Outlook)
- Proven history of independently executing projects
- Salesforce.com experience a plus
