Position Summary:
Designs, documents, modifies, develops and implements software application. Supports and/or installs software applications and supporting tools sets. Participates in the entire Software Development lifecycle including requirements capturing through testing. Is responsible for adhering to the standards set forth by managers with respect to document standards, coding standards and the development process. Participates in design and code reviews and provides guidance and feedback to team members.
This role requires little or no travel.

| 2. Participates in the requirements process through design and specification reviews. | 20 |
| 3. Capable of documenting design according to company's process guidelines. Familiar with a variety of Service-Oriented-Architecture concepts, practices, and procedures. | 20 |
| 4.Planning and performing proper unit testing of software code (including automated unit testing). Participates in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software. | 15 |

Experience
- Requires a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related area, or equivalent experience.
- XML, Power Builder, XSLT, Java
- Microsoft C# .NET experience (Web Services, Web Pages, Business Rules Classes, Data Access classes, Window Services)
- 2-5 years of software development experience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Visual Studio and Team Foundation Server.
- Familiarity with SQL Server and Scripting.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Project.
- Networking and Windows Server administration (programming WMI, IIS, vbscript, batch files) skills a plus.
- Software installation and/or automated build skills a plus.
