As the Executive Vice President of Operations, Bill is responsible for leading our Operations team, ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our processes and systems. His managerial experience developing, designing and improving solutions helps us streamline the way we deliver products and services to clients.
Bill joined the Verifications team after nine years at Best Buy, most recently leading their business-to-business direct sales channel. Prior to Best Buy, Bill spent three years at Accenture helping companies from various industries implement new strategies and business models. Bill started his professional career in the US Air Force, where he served for 8 years and participated in Operations Desert Storm and Restore Hope.
