Mary's been with V.I. since 1993 and is now one of the country's recognized experts in background screening and compliance. Our clients know that if they have a question about compliance, they can turn to Mary and V.I.’s entire Compliance Team for answers.

Mary frequently speaks on employment screening and related topics to national and international organizations, as well as clients. She is a member of ASIS International, the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), the International Privacy Professionals Association (IAPP), and the Society of Insurance Licensing Administrators (SILA). Mary is also a member of the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS). She was on the original NAPBS Board of Directors, served as 2005-2006 Co-Chair, and remains on the Board of Directors today. She is a former member of the Security Advisory Panel for the Minnesota Commissioner of Public Safety and Homeland Security and is one of several V.I. staff members who carry Private Investigator Licenses on behalf of the Company.
