New Change Form Streamlines Process

In an effort to streamline the client account change process, Verifications will begin using a new "Request for Change on Account" form. The form allows us to quickly gather the information required to modify your account. Examples include:
- Staff Changes - Add or Inactivate a contact.
- Office Location Closes - Inactivate a location.
- Drug Testing Changes - Add or modify drug testing services.
- Add a Background Check - Add or customize your screening packages and /or products.
- Need Something Special - Submit a special processing request.
The new change form:
- Streamlines the change process - All the information necessary to process a change is included on the change form, eliminating follow-up phone calls and e-mails that prolong the process.
- Improves accuracy - A defined change process enables us to quickly and accurately modify your account.
- Is intuitive - We've designed the form so you can quickly change your account details. We suggest that you complete the first section with your company information and name and then save it to your computer or network. Each time you require a change, simply complete the section that corresponds to your request and fax or e-mail it to us using the contact information at the top of the form. We'll process the form and notify you when the change has been processed.
- Eliminates unauthorized changes - The form must be signed (e-signature is acceptable) by an authorized client representative. We require an authorized signature to enhance the security and integrity of your program and eliminate change requests from unauthorized individuals.
- Enhances account change visibility - The form allows us to efficiently track your account's change history, enabling us to answer your questions regarding why, when and by whom account changes were made.
You may request the new change form from Client Services or your Account Executive. The form may also be downloaded from the SafeScreen Plus™ "Resources" menu. To access the form from SafeScreen Plus™, simply login and select "Request Change on Account" from the "Resources" menu.
