At Verifications we focus on providing our clients with industry-leading service. We've grown to become a leading provider of global employment screening and applicant processing services because we've earned a reputation for providing service that is second to none.

Every day our Client Services Representatives (CSR) work to make your lives easier, embodying what differentiates V.I. from others in the industry. As your primary point of contact, our CSRs are responsible for the day-to-day interactions that are the key to a successful relationship. Our CSRs ensure timely and accurate delivery of reports, resolve your issues and work as a liason between the client, operations and sales. Through it all they provide a friendly, knowledgeable and professional voice that you can trust to work for you.

To help you put a face to the voice that assists you, we'll be spotlighting our CSRs in every newsletter. They are an important component to our continued success and deserve recognition for all they do to foster a successful relationship.

Holly Renschler

Holly Renschler has been a member of the Verifications, Inc. team since January of 2004. Holly began her career at Verifications, Inc. as a Verification Specialist, but quickly proved to be a great talent and was promoted to Verifying Team Leader after roughly six months with the company. Holly's desire to take on new challenges and build direct relationships with our clients led her to transfer to the Client Services Department in August of 2005.

Holly dedicates herself each day to providing thorough, accurate, and timely service to her clients. Holly's clients appreciate her ability to provide a trustworthy and reliable point of contact, and know she does all she can each day to ensure their questions are answered and problems dealt with in a timely, professional, and friendly manner. Here's what a client recently said about Holly's work: "I would like to take this opportunity to recognize the exceptional work and results of Holly Renschler. Relatively new to my role and to background check processes, I have encountered some issues with clearing hires for one of our customers. Holly has been truly unbelievable in facilitating the process with amazing attention to detail, problem solving, listening, and following up to provide updates. We had a very difficult situation develop when our hire obtained the wrong drug testing form and we needed to transition to the correct group for processing. Holly quickly determined the best path for us to take and kept me in the loop on where and how it was going. Her patience with me went above and beyond and I thank her for delivering such excellent service and support. Thank you for your time and having such strong talent on your team."

Holly is originally from Linton, N.D. She graduated from Northern State University in Aberdeen, S.D., in December of 2003. Holly enjoys outdoor activities, reading, and spending time with friends and family.

Laura Stone

Laura joined the V.I. team in November of 2005. She was hired as a Public Records specialist and later transferred to the Client Services Department. Laura does an excellent job with her clients, providing true hands-on care and professionalism. Laura enjoys the daily client interaction and is proud to help them any way she can. Laura consistently receives positive feedback from the clients she serves, including: "Laura consistently delivers results and is very responsive, and customer focused. I appreciate being able to contact someone and receive an answer very quickly. Keep up the good work Laura." As her clients will relate, Laura's bubbly personality makes it a joy to work with her.

Laura grew up in Watertown, S.D., and graduated from Mount Marty College with a degree in Criminal Justice in May of 2006. Laura has two sisters and an active five-year-old son who will be starting Kindergarten next fall. Laura enjoys working and spending as much time as she can with her son, traveling out of town visiting friends and hanging out with the rest of her family. Laura also enjoys riding her Harley, a Sportster 1200, whenever the South Dakota weather allows.

Connie Blais

Connie Blais joined the V.I. team as a Verifier Specialist in August of 2004, and soon transferred to our Client Service Department to become a Client Services Representative. Recently, Connie was promoted as a Client Service Team Leader and works closely with a team of Representatives along with her assigned accounts.

Connie's personal and knowledgeable client service is appreciated by those she serves. Her vast knowledge of Verifications' products and services serves her clients well. A recent 'Voice of the Customer' survey praised Connie: "Connie is wonderful! She is very professional and great to work with!" Clients aren't the only ones impressed with Connie's work; she was awarded the Watertown Business Center's Employee of the Year in 2005.

Connie is originally from Florence, S.D., and later moved to Watertown, S.D. to raise her family. She has been married to her husband for 22 years and together they have raised three children. Her interests include reading, walking and enjoying her children's activities such as hockey, football and baseball.

Connie's most memorable VI experience was receiving the Employee of the Year award. Connie said, "I enjoy working at V.I. because no two days are the same and every day brings a new challenge!"

Shannon Hoffman

Shannon became a member of V.I.'s Verifying Department in June of 2005 and was promoted to the Client Services Department in March of 2006. Her clients are very important to her and she always goes above and beyond to service their needs. The following comments were recently made from one of her clients, "Shannon Hoffman has been extremely helpful to me. In a pinch, due to the backlog of requests, she has been very responsive to my immediate needs."

Shannon grew up in Henry, S.D. She enjoys many outdoor activities, including hunting and fishing. She enjoys shopping, listening to music, visiting with friends and hanging out with her parent's cat "Bob". Her dream is to open a Hu Hot Mongolian Grill in Watertown, S.D. Shannon is also a full-time student.
