Verifications, Inc. Names Executive Vice President of Substance Abuse Services
Lee B. Salz to Lead Substance Abuse Services Division
Minneapolis, MN— January 7, 2004—Verifications, Inc., the leading national provider of employment screening services today announced that Lee B. Salz has joined the company as Executive Vice President of Substance Abuse Services. Salz’s primary objective will be to drive the growth of Verifications Substance Abuse Services business by focusing on sales and marketing, technology innovation and operations.

With a track record for planning and implementing change in the substance abuse services industry, Salz brings solid experience to a company that continues consistent, year over year growth. He has experience in creating and executing a program management strategy for outsourced drug testing and a supply chain management strategy for collection site and laboratory utilization. These programs are designed to reduce costs and improve productivity and result in HR professionals getting the information they need to make timely and informed hiring decisions.

Prior to joining Verifications, Salz was Vice President of Supply Chain Management for First Advantage and Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Employee Health
Programs (EHP). Salz also held various sales management positions over the last twelve years including positions with IKON Office Solutions and Computer Learning Centers’
Advantec Institute Division. Salz is also a member of the Society of Human Resources Managers (SHRM) and the National Association of Purchasing Managers (NAPM). Salz has innovated a unique strategy for building sales organizations called sales architectureä and has completed a book titled, “How To Soar Like An Eagle When Your Sales Manager Is A Dodo.”
