New Report Retrieval Features Released

Minneapolis, MN - July 11, 2003 — New features in Report Retrieval - All reports retrieved online will have a new streamlined look in which extraneous blank lines are removed and a smaller font is used. On the Search Results page, clients will now see check boxes to the left of each name. These boxes will allow clients to take action on a group of selected names at once. In the drop down menu on the top left, clients will see the following options: print summary, print detail and batch archive. Print summary will allow clients to print just the summary page of the report (the CA notice and FCRA rights will still appear when required). Print detail will allow clients to print out the entire report, including the summary page, just as they have always been able to do on an individual basis. After un-read reports are printed in this manner, the page will automatically refresh, the name will "un-bold" and the applicant can be archived. Batch archive will allow clients to archive several applicants with one click (un-archiving must still be done one at a time). The page will automatically refresh when reports have been archived in this manner.

NOTE: Online users must have the permission to view the report detail for these features to be enabled.
