Coming Soon... SafeScreen® Version 3.0

Web-based Screening Management System Features Enhanced Report Retrieval

Minneapolis, MN — July 19, 2004—Verifications, Inc. will soon release Version 3.0 of SafeScreen®, our web-based screening management system. Version 3.0 features a fully redesigned Report Retrieval system and enhancements to the Verifications, Inc. homepage. A new look and a host of new features make the SafeScreen® experience easier, faster, and more flexible than ever before!

Among the new features are:

1. Home Page Login. SafeScreen users can now login directly from the home page.

2. Configurable Display. Up to 16 columns of information may be displayed when results are received. Displayable information includes applicant name, screening package, status, result, reference fields, etc. Clients may configure their display to show only those columns they wish to see and arrange sequence of presentation.

3. Default Search Date Ranges. Clients may specify a default date range for a search (e.g., three months prior through today). Each time the client retrieves reports, the default date range will automatically appear in the search criteria in a field that can be edited per search request if desired.

4. Applicant Result. A one-word result of the applicant’s report: Concern, Clear or Pending. The result is based on results from the background investigation or drug test using client-defined criteria.

5. Report Action. Clients can take action on a report including send adverse action letters, print applicant copy, and print the investigation report simply by clicking on a link on the result screen. Also in this link, the client will be able to see the viewing history details, indicating who opened the report and when. There will be no need for the client to open each applicant report to take this action or see this history, allowing for a faster and more streamlined web experience.
