Implementation
Our implementation planning process is a critical component in combining “best practices” and the uniqueness of your organization. To varying degrees all our clients utilize an implementation and rollout plan that is jointly developed. You’ll find you can rely on our extensive experience with the implementation of employment-screening programs. The fact is we’ve successfully implemented programs for clients of varying sizes and varying numbers of locations ranging from over 1,200 locations to a single location and everything in between.
Our approach to meeting client objectives is to include those client representatives who are stakeholders in the screening program. Having representation from all stakeholders in the requirements definition and planning process helps ensure proper customization to meet stakeholder needs. While implementation activities are occurring, feedback is provided on a pre-determined basis or upon request, based upon client preference. We do all this with the least amount of disruption to your operation and business productivity. |
