SafeScreen Plus ™ Management Reports tailored to your needs.
You’ll find we have a wide variety of SafeScreen Plus ™ management tools to choose from. These reports quantify your usage, our performance and your return on investment. The reports are available on a scheduled ad hoc basis and many are available online within minutes. Standard reports can also be modified to fit your specific reporting requirements.
Executive Summary Report provides a one page, high-level summary of key metrics including activity by applicant and background check, concern/discrepancy results, turnaround time and client investment.
New Hire Compliance Report is developed by using selected data elements from your hiring or payroll records and matching it against our screening records.
Turnaround Reports quantify the amount of time, frequently referred to as "turn time", required to obtain applicant information and provide it to clients.
Client Summary by Group/Client summarizes by ordering location the number of applicants, background checks, and amount and percentage of work completed by due date. This information may be divided by contacts at each location and may include completion data based on background checks, applicants or both.
Applicant Summary Turnaround Report provides completion information by date ranges including number of applicant investigations completed in 1-3 days, 4-5 days, 6-10 days, and 11 days or more. Detail is also available listing each applicant screened and number of days to complete.
Verification Detail by Group/Client is the most detailed of all turnaround reports. It lists each background check conducted on each applicant and the completion time.
Summary by Verification Type shows completion based on type of background check (i.e., academic or criminal).
Applicants with Public Record Concerns lists each applicant on whom one or more public record (criminal) concerns were noted as part of the background investigation. The detail of each concern is provided.
Detailed Analysis Export is designed for clients who want to manipulate data and prepare their own analyses. Each row of the report contains information about each applicant screened, background checks conducted, turnaround time, requestor, cost, and client-specific reference codes.
Comparative Summary Report (Concern Discrepancy) compares your applicants to Verifications, Inc.'s overall client population. It includes, by type of check, the percentage of applicants with an "Outstanding Rating" and those applicants with a "Concern/ Discrepancy".
Spend Report by Profile is designed for clients who use screening packages or profiles based on position. This report provides applicants screened by profile and average cost per profile.
