Rick serves as V.I.'s Executive Vice President of Sales and is responsible for ensuring that we continue to deliver responsive, solution-driven sales that meet client needs and align with V.I.’s goals. His experience evaluating, mentoring, motivating and developing national sales organizations enables V.I.'s aggressive growth.

Rick gained significant executive-level experience leading successful national sales organizations for Fortune 500 Corporations and mid-size companies. He's shown an ability to create an execution-centric sales organization and is an expert at creating a sales culture that has enabled companies to achieve their vision.
