Terry’s management responsibilities include analyzing our infrastructure and operations to make sure our systems always make it as easy as possible for clients to work with us. His managerial experience to evaluate, prescribe and execute solutions in company turnarounds and startups, operational strategic planning and customer relations is invaluable for streamlining the way we work with clients.

Before joining V.I. full time in 2005, Terry worked with us as a business consultant providing business and legal consulting services through his own company. Terry also was an executive at Purchasesoft where he was the COO, General Counsel and Secretary of the company. Prior to joining Purchasesoft, Terry was a trial attorney for two law firms before starting his own practice in St. Paul, Minnesota in 1991.
